I get the feeling I’ll be all over the Single PotStill for that chestnut & maybe just maybe I’ll find a way to try the 31 year old single grain, Fingers crossed but at the same time I’m not sure how it fits in with the other 3 in this new range. I personally don’t think it can be classed under the heading “experimental & innovating” considering it has been sat in a cask for a good few (31) years gathering dust on the outside, that aside I’b be happy to put my house on it & say the whiskey will be exception.

Over & Out Folks!
